Usability research manager at Orange Labs, David brings the users' voice to Orange business units. He started his career improving man-machine interfaces like planes cockpits and unmanned aircraft vehicles for the French Air Force. Then he moved to Orange in order to improve the everyday interaction of millions of Orange customers.
